Small addition to my previous post:

Sambar server running on Windows 95/98 is _NOT_ vulnerable.

Sorry for the typo :(

All versions of SAMBAR running on NT/2000, containg HELLO.BAT and
ECHO.BAT in their /CGI-BIN/ directory _ARE_ vulnerable.
