I think this indicates that CJP aka whatever was 1. rational
2. correct in going for a judge vs. jury trial. A judge
has seen a *lot* of wannabe Freehs. And, as someone else
posted, a lot of weird characters, most of them less
articulate (seriously) and intelligent than Mr. P/T/etc.
I was as concerned as an onlurker might be, hearing that he
had been restrained; hearing that some in court laughed with him
is encouraging. It indicates something shared; it de-demonizes
the furry one. Sometimes judges are reasonable,
and are not the rubber-stamp insects Jeffy would prefer.
*If* the charges are about bits, and only bits, he may have
a chance. If its about atoms, well, i dunno.
Someone should give the poor honorable Pontius Pilate the full 60 Meg
of the last few years for his consideration... not just selected
excerpts, if they want to make a case for us being a bunch
of raving disaffected nerds, foaming at the mouth,
full of bits, signifying nothing.
Except for TM and RH, of course, who we are to take seriously :-)
