It's also possible that the judge has decided to toss the whole
thing out. I.e., even if the judged decided that CJ wrote these messages,
he didn't commit a crime. (No harm, no foul.)

(Prosecution rests, Defense asks for directed verdict of "not guilty,"
Judge says, "Good idea, let's all go for a beer.")
