The actual market for hit men differ radically from an AP-generated marked.
The actual market requires some sort of identity divulgation on the part of the 
comissionner and significant identity divulgation on the part of the executer.

No "businessman" will put ten grands in the hand of an unknown contractor.


In AP, a disgruntled individual can put as little as 1 buck on a head.  The 
comissionner will be able to put an entirely disposable sum on a target, and let 
it go forever.  This market _never_ existed previously.
