Jeezum Crispies. You just invented the fully-outsourced police dept,
funded by the gov't ability to fund arbitrary bounties. And think
of the copsploitation TV you could milk. (I think this meme is
from a sci fi plot somewhere..)
The gummint funding would have to be *appropriate* of course, or
the sheeple would fear they'd be next. Yadda yadda. You know
how to run a pseudodemocracy by now.
Of course, the US did this with the $5e6 (in US dollars, listen
up, you camelfuckers) bounty on Jeff Bin Laden, so its not new.
