I think for most of us, the question goes *way* beyond the outrageous
taxation issues.  I think the basic human rights issues will still drive
the vast majority of the cypherpunk-rebel-type.  The "government"'s
assertions of paternal control over each and every individual body need to
vanish before they can expect any real respect (and thereby cooperation).
No "government" can dictate to *me* whether or not I have the right to
kill myself, or ingest drano/sulfamethoxizole/Klinton-Hormone-Tablets, or
any of a thousand other victimless activities.

Whether the so-called "democratic government" of the USSA likes it or not,
each of us is in fact a sovereign over our own lives, and no peace will be
forthcoming until they re-recognize this very basic [constitutional]
premise.

If Governments really want us to behave like civilized human beings, they
should give serious consideration towards setting a better example:
Ruling by force, rather than consensus; the unrestrained application of
unjust laws (which the victim-populations were never allowed input on in
the first place); the State policy of justice only for the rich and 
elected; the intentional abuse and occassionally destruction of entire
populations merely to distract an already apathetic and numb electorate...
This type of demogoguery must surely wipe out the fascist United States
as surely as it wiped out the fascist Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
