you know - we are living in a big, big world, and there are (many)
different goverments in different societies.
These goverments do not like free speech - so what oppertunities have
people in these countries? - they have to post "untraceable".
or maybe think of all these "govermental" workers - sometimes
the have something to say, which isn't so good for them.
