Yes - I could see a lot of email lists going this way - a list-wide
private key, distributed to members as they subscribe, and a
listserv that auto-encrypted as it sent mail out. Of course,
without good vetting that wouldn't stop a determined sysadmin, but
it's a good way to stop casual grepping.
