I was wondering!  I had one of thoses a few days ago, ran a trace on his IP 
and surely, ended up at the government. He's even too clueless to forge his 
headers!

Now, today, I got four of them!

I am wondering what he/they are trying to do...  

FUD is certainly one.  I even wrote a very nice letter to him notifying him 
that he forgot to include his reply, supposing that he was genuinely replying 
to me!

Or he's can't make the difference between the  "archive and file and catalog 
suspicious individuals" button and the "reply" button.

Or maybe he's a "good guy"(tm) and he wants to "notify" me that I'm under the 
enquiring eye of uncle Sam's goons?  Who knows?  Very romantic, isn't it?

I did not cross the USA border since years, way before I publicly argued that 
Jim Bell's scheme was, technically, unstoppable and that humanly, very 
unlikely to never develop.  It was and still is my opinion that the genie is 
out of the bottle.  I am wondering if I shouldn't try to go shopping in 
Plattsburg, NY, for an afternoon just to see if I'm since then persona non-
grata...
