Dear Sir or Madam,

On Jan 29, 2000 a friend and I sent a money order for $27.50 each in order to 
receive supplies to stuff envelopes from a company named Better Solutions.  
The money order cleared on February 9th.  It stated in the letter that if you 
send a money order the supplies would go out as soon as they received it.  
Well we still have not received the supplies as it is now 2 weeks since we 
sent out the money orders out.  

If the supplies have not gone out or will never go out because they are 
pocketing my money, I demand a refund immediately.  The letter is giving 
people like me HOPE to make some extra cash to pay the bills and just get by. 
 I had to dig the $27.50 up as I have to spend my money to pay rent, food, 
college and any other bills that I might have.  

I do hope that you will send this letter on to the proper people that put 
this letter on the internet or who has the company Better Solutions that 
doesn't even exsist according to the operator as I tried to get a number to 
call.  The letter was signed by an Andrew W. Devore, President of Better 
Solutions.

Please help me with this matter.
