Mike, congrats for the maturity to respond correctly to Herr May's Bile
of the Day (tm). This will serve you well as a reader or participant in
this list.
A killfile represents a way of automatically deleting (marking as read)
email; the database used by that filtering system; probably the "killfile"
term derives from a particular unix tool's nomenclature. Filtering
may be done based on author or based on content ("anything matching
"*MONEY FAST!!!*") Actual details are of course mail-client dependent.
Read the man page on your client or ask your system's help desk.
