Hmmm....

What I seem to be hearing is, "It can't be disrupted because there is 
to much redundancy.", "It can be disrupted because so much flows 
through major SS7 hubs.", "Nukes won't be used because the feds will 
just call the comm companies and tell them to shut off the switches." 
and "The feds have the knowledge to shut it down without help but 
they won't do it." Is this about right?
