I am conducting research on customer loyalty in e-commerce for my Ph.D. 
thesis.  For this purpose, I am sending a questionnaire to a randomly 
selected set of individuals that have shopped online in the past six months.  
I will be extremely grateful if you take some time to fill out the 
questionnaire online and help me complete my doctoral dissertation by 
clicking the URL below.  I realize that your time and effort is more valuable 
than anything I can afford, but as a token of my appreciation for your good 
nature, I will:

* Include you in a random draw of all respondents for a gift certificate of 
$500
* Send you a copy of the results in a summarized fashion

In the spirit of honesty, I would also like to inform you that the 
questionnaire can take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete.  Secondly, 
this questionnaire is constructed differently from standard business 
questionnaires and you may find some similar sounding questions.  I really
