Your response is based on a false premise: "our choice is a. The boys 
from Serbia's Rape & Murder Inc. squads, or, b. The KLA aka The Kosovan 
Mafia". There is a choice c.: none of the above. This choice is by far 
the more difficult road to take but it *does* exist.
