This makes me wonder if the cop cars are going to have this microchip as
well...and what's the civillian availability of the laser units or the
reverse engineering availability.  Picture one of these units at a busy
intersection, coupled with some sort of automagic targeting system, or
mounting one of these babies in your taillight housing :)
