While they are at it, they can make it two-way; that way they can catch us
speeding
with conviniently placed highway sensors. Every time they see us doing 63 in
a 60, they can just get our license-number via the gizmo (similar to how the
automated toll systems work) and automatically deduct the fine from our bank
accounts. The revenue from everyone going 2MPH over the speed limit should
more than pay for the cost of implementing the gizmos as well as a couple
government yachts.
