I wonder if they took into account the dreaded click of death.  I

they'll give you permission to get another download of the data once
your
disk goes bad.  And did they take into account the huge amount of
customer
service they would need to handle the calls from Irate consumers being
told,
"No Sir, that'll be $98.99 for Yoda's Greatest Hits.  We don't give
discounts
for defective media."
