ANS interlock questions

Hi,

I'm trying to diagnose a problem with a web application being accessed
through an ANS Interlock V4 firewall. I have two questions:

1) What is the maximum length of a URL that this firewall will accept?

2) The log entries for the interactions of interest have PERM=OUT+LOW
and ALVL=LOW in them. Is "LOW" like a class-of-service?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
