( disclaimer:I have read the FAQ's and searched the Archive but can't
find anything on this :) )

I appreciate the certain inherant fear with instant messaging programs
(ICQ and AOL especially).
But MSN Messenger doesnt have all the file sharing stuff etc of these,
and uses 1863 solely.

If we open 1863 outbound, are there any knows exploits or concerns with
this ?

The only comments I found were, inbound ports bad and bandwidth.

I can't believe this will use much bandwidth and it doesn't require an
inbound port set up.

Has anyone else spent time on this ?
