Barclays Internet Banking?

Hi,

Has anyone had any experience of trying to get Barclays Internet Banking through a firewall?

A customer has just emailed to ask how to get it through their firewall since I don't use it I have no idea.  According to the customer their support wouldn't tell him which ports to open on his firewall since he didn't need to know - this could be apocryphal but made me chuckle anyway.

If anyone uses this and could short-circuit me having to visit the customer I'd be very grateful ;-)
