Hi Kenneth,
You might want to go further that simply virus scan, Since your already
forwarding trafic to a man in the middle srever to virus scan. Maybe you
should take a look at Content Security products, such as "MIMEsweeper".
This product will not only do virus scanning but also content filtering on
emails, URL's, etc.
The site is www.mimesweeper.com

Hi everybody
I know that this is an issue that there has been a lot of talk about the
last 6 months, and here we go again.
I am wondering if any of you have any good experiences with
antivirus-scanning at the firewalls (seperate machine on DMZ performing
scanning)? What products are you using, and what are the products we should
consider?
We have been testing, so far, F-Secure AntiVirus for Firewalls and Trend
InterScan Viruswall. F-Secure is great on detection, but the management is
poor. Trend is not very good on detection but then again pretty good on
management.
Have a nice day
