Jean,
	I recently had the same problem. I would get a message that "Connect to
final MTA failed" and all the incoming Email messages were left in the
/etc/fw/spool directory. I was able to fix this problem by installing patch
level 3083 of FW-1. Once I installed the patch and restarted the firewall
all the mail that was in my /etc/fw/spool directory started getting
delivered.
