[FW1] Licensing again.....

I've heard this explained two different ways.

I have a 256 license, and I'm seeing entries in my NT even log
about having more than 256 internal ip hosts.

I don't know how this is possible.

I deleted the fwd.h and fwd.hosts file

restarted the Firewall and  fw lichosts > lic.txt

This file doesn't have anywhere near 256 different ip entries,  but
everytime I restart the Firewall I get this message in the Event log.

So, where is the Firewall getting its information from?

And are the ip addresses going towards the license, anything on
the internal net or just those that pass between the Firewall's
interfaces?

I'm missing something, somewhere.   Can anyone clarify the
license logging process?
