[FW1] ultra 5 as a firewall

We've been using an Ultra 5 for our firewall equipped with 128 megs of
Ram/256k cache and we were thinging of upgrading it to 256 megs of ram. 
Is this a machine of firewall calibre or should we trade up to an ultra
10?  Just looking for some ideas, $$$ isn't an object.
