[FW1] Authenticated HTTPS when using MS Proxy as next proxy

Hi There

I have been trying to get authenticated HTTPS (as per Ver4.0) to work
through our Firewall-1.

I am sure that my rules are correct, because this works fine if I remove my
next proxy settings. I see the HTTPS requests in the log files along with
the user details etc.

I have also tested the MS Proxy server by bypassing the firewall and using
the MS Proxy server as the Browsers proxy. This also works fine.

When I use the two in conjunction with each other I do not get any response.
Has anyone else got this working etc. I have applied the Hot fixes required
for MS Proxy etc as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
