[FW1] FW-1, ftp and Sterling's connect:mailbox

Has anyone successfully connected with Sterling Software's connect
mailbox EDI product using ftp? We have a business partner that wants
us to use this mechanism, but the data connection is being rejected
by our firewall. When I had them bring up a standard ftp server, we
connected and transferred files fine, but not when they were running
the Sterling ftp server. It is running on an OS/2 box.
