Re: [FW1] Files Stuck in SMTP queue

Hi

This is a problem with the Mail dequing process. I've been in contacts
directly with Checkpoint, since a few of our customers encountered this
problem, and we were sure that this is Firewall-1's fault.
Anyway, the conclusion so far is that the mail dequing process probably has
a workload limit and it stops functioning when the workload is higher. A
possible solution is to take your emails out of the FW\spool folder and
place them there again one by one or to restart the FW-1 service.
Checkpoint is supposed to come out with a patch by the end of this month
that should solve this problem. This patch is currently being beta tested
and seemingly it works.
