[FW1] Cease and Desist

Does anyone have any examples or what a good vanilla Cease and Desist type letter (email) should look like that you can share.  I'm sure that these are often company specific but anything would be helpful.  I am trying to ensure that there is the correct verb-age included so that I do not miss anything.  The same pitfalls that people encountered when they used "welcome" on their FTP sites that came back to haunt them, are examples of what I want to avoid.   These might be just your standard form generated type of notices or even your nastier ones..  Any examples or pointers would be very helpful.  Thanks for your time.
