[FW1] Should I keep log file under 45MB on V4.0

I have heard that it's better to switch the log so often so it does not grow
over 45MB.
But I heard this before V4.0 became available.  I am wondering if this is still
true on V4.0?  How big of the log have you processed on V4.0 without any
problem using LogViewer and what kind of load and H/W capacity do you
have?  Thanks!
