[FW1] Installing the Rulebase

I have a vary vague question regarding the compilation and installation of a FW
rulebase.  One of our offices has two FIG-250 Firewall-1 servers (primary and
backup and Stonebeat.  They had this configuration for many months without any
problems.  Now all of a sudden, they are unable to install the rulebase on the
servers (they save the rulebase and compile the rulebase fine)

Please Help!
