yeah sure..

what happened (this was a large network) was that when you combined
the traffick to the WINS server and the traffick to MEtaIP DNS/DHCP
server..well..it got kinda heavy..

and the DHCP server would not give out IP's from time to time..

this was a LARGE network thou..approx 4300 computers at peak.

we used about 204 subnets . ahh,,, I gotta say this...

WINS do not support more that 128 Subnets...
after that it stops giving out info about the diffrent workgroups.
you could still get  info on the separate computernames if you asked
for the computer.
