[FW1] FW-1 load rule base

Hi, 

I have a Firewall manager server with license for VPN1 & Enterprise product and a Firewalled gateway with license for  Firewall module unlimited in my network, but when the Firewalled gateway start and try to fetch the policy from Firewall manager server, it failed give me the message below:

Tryng to fetch Security Policy from manager-server
WARNING: Using S/Key Authentication instead of FWA1: No Encryption License
Fetching Security Policy from manager-server failed

Have somebody this problem? How I can to resolve this?
