I have tried this suggestion, but the problem is still occuring. Disk
space is not a problem either

Here is what Brad, from walkerb@customersvc.com suggested, and it worked
for me.
Just disable the Dr. Watson visual notification. You might want to
disable logging too. The visual notification uses up resources until NT
starts to have problems. With it turned off, that problem goes away.
Logging will slowly eat up disk space, but you may want to see how many
Dr. Watsons you are getting by checking the log, and deleting it if it
gets too big.
This doesn't fix the Dr. Watson problem, but FW-1 runs fine if visual
notification is off. According to Dan Hubbard from WebSense, this is a
known bug that only occurs in certain environments. It was supposed to
be fixed in version 4.0 (it DOES occur in version 3.0b), but isn't.
