[FW1] Cisco IOS firewall vs FW-1

Does anyone have any experience with Cisco's IOS firewall feature?  Good
points, bad points, what works, what doesn't, etc.  any help would be
appreciated...  I have a customer that is looking at FW-1 and Cisco's IOS
firewall and cant seem to make a decision.  Thanks in advance!
