[FW1] Printer Probs

Dear all,

I'm trying to allow an external organisation access to one of our printers.

The printer is a Laserjet4 with an Emulex Netjet card installed and ip'd n
stuff.

I can telnet from the printer card to the system that's trying to print but
they dont seem to be able to get to me.

I have rules as follows;

4: Source: ACL05 (the printer),  Destination: ITPS-NET, Service:Any,
Action: Accept, Track: Long, Installed on: Gateways

5. Source: ITPS-Net (their network), Destination: ACL05, Service:Any,
Action:Accept, Track: Long, Installed on : Gateways

I see inbound packets from their machine to our printer using a service
called "printer" (which I cant find any info on) but I dont see any thing
going back.

To coin a phrase HELP !
