[FW1] Failed to connect to the www server

Hi all,

I recieved a number of complaints from people trying to connect to our
www server from the internet. Apparantly they recieve a message similar
to the following:

"Fw at ourfirewall: Failed to connect to the www server"

Our internal users sometimes also experience this problem going to the
internet. The only problem I am aware of is a over-utilized serial link
going to the internet (well over 80% on average). What is causing this
behaviour and is there a remedy for it?

We run Fw1 Sp2 on NT4 SP4 and have the following rule (utilizing a
resource) to allow connections from the internet to our www server:

"any www_server http->incoming_http"

Any help would be appreciated
