FW: [FW1] session authentication problem (bad performance ?)

Hi,

One of my user is having the same experience. The session authentication was
working fine for a few days and out of no reason it suddenly display the
error message. We created the userid by using the fw-1 user database to
authenticate the incoming traffic from a remote site.

Is it a bug for version 4.0? Has anyone has any idea to this problem?

Thanks!
Steven
