[FW1] license question

I have a Sun Ultra2 with 5 interfaces.  The built in hme0 and a
Quad-FastEthernet card.  Firewall-1 is an unlimited license and is
licensed against the hme0 interface.   Whenever the system boots I get
the following message and I have ignored the following boot messages:

FW-1: initialized on hme1
FW-1 only 25 internal hosts allowed

This message appears for all 4 Quad FastEthernet interfaces and I am
wondering whether or not this is normal behavior for Checkpoint 4.0.
