[FW1] Copy FireWall-1 Objects and Rules from FW-1 3.0a to 4.0SP2

Hi all,
we run FW-1 3.0a on our courrent Firewall Server in production.
We want to set up the Firewall-1 Version 4 SP4 on a testserver with the same
objects, rules and services.

How can I copy the objects, rules and selfdefined services from FW-1 3.0a to

FW-1 4SP2 on another computer?

Can I simlply copy the files from $FWDIR/conf/ ?
