[FW1] Problem with LOG

I'm having problem with the log sistem. It isn't registering any event.
The firewall is working but anything is wrong because I'm not notified
when anybody try to do anything wrong or denied.

The logs files are attached. They can be viewed by Event Viewer of NT  
What can be happened?
