[FW1] Exchange to Exchange through NT FW-1 3.0b

I have a MSExchange Server 5.5 in a DMZ.  When it attempts to pass
messages between itself and our 7 other Exchange servers, the RPCBind and
RPCBindBack fail and I get Event ID 9322 and 9318 with an RPC code 1722
(RPC unavailable) in the event logs of both servers (i.e. both sides of
the FW).  I have a rule allowing 'Any' services to/from the DMZ to/from
the 'Internal' networks.  Any ideas?
