[FW1] some question on Secure Remote

Can anybody give me a simple step by step (check list)
of what I need to do to setup just a simple connection
for Secureclient to site using FMZ

I am using VPN-1 3DES on a NT3 sp6a
every time I using VPN-1 SecureClient to connect to a site (using external
address of my gateway)
it shows the error: The site is not licensed to perform the requested action

VPN documentation say that I have to contact CA administrator to get a
certificate by email,
web browser, etc. but not provide a URL or email

where do I get reference number and authorization code?

I have no idea what it talking about, can somebody give me some hint
