[FW1] FTP Secure Server & VPN between 2 secure servers

I would like to setup a VPN between 2 servers by installing on them
Securserver.
A IP330 with FW1 (VPN1) will be in between.

As I have to do FTP transfers between these 2 servers, I'm wondering if it
will be possible to check the files using the FTP security servers even if
there is a VPN established ??.

Also, Is it possible to setup a rule including a resource using the FTP
security server to control which file (by indication file names ..
directories ???) is transmitted over ?
