[FW1] FTP client problem with FTP PUT ONLY turned on

Hi all,
 
I've turned on the FTP PUT only resource and have not been able to
connect to my FTP site with any GUI client.  I've tried CuteFTP,
FTPVoyager, and WS_FTP Pro so far.  They work when I turn off the PUT
only resource.  FTP will also work with command line FTP.
 
Does anyone have any thoughts on an FTP client other than command line
that will work with FTP PUT only?
