Already tried:

- control.map
- /etc/hosts entries
- putkeys (which should be fine; no auth errors)

Fwd.elg has the following entries in it (among others), which I can't
find
referenced on the web, NG's, PhoneBoy, etc. They obviously indicate a
problem with fwd, which I can't pinpoint (fwd is not running if you view
the
processes). Here it is:

fwd: FireWall-1 server is running
fwd: WARNING: Cannot locate my Network Object
fwd: fwauthd: cannot run server polsrvd: Authentication Services are
unavailable. Connection refused.
fwd: fwauthd: will try late... (19 times left)
fwd: FW: Received new control security key from 192.168.7.36
fwd: FireWall-1 daemon going to die on sig 15

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
