Yahoo pager? Good luck blocking that, as it just uses http,
proxies and all. (Inspect script anyone?)
BTW, is it only me who considers answering a question
like this with an answer like:
Just find whatever you did to ENABLE such
access and undo it.
Do most firewalls have policy of whatever is not
explicitly denied is allowed? Isn't this a FAQ?
Or has ennui and battle fatigue overtaken the
oldtimers on this list?

For ICQ, you can block access on port 4000 UDP to icq.mirabilis.com.
