[FW1] User Auth (TACACS) - 4.0 on Solaris 2.6

Is it possible to set up User Authentication to an Internal Web Server via
HTTPS authenticationg off a TACACS Server?
What I want to happen is this:
External user requests an HTTPS url and is prompted for a username and
password at the Firewall (that passes the authentication request to a TACACS
server) prior to any contact to the Web Server.
