[FW1] False positives and scans

Hello,
I have a box that is reporting the following output from nmap:

Port    State       Protocol  Service
25      unfiltered  tcp       smtp            
80      unfiltered  tcp       http  

Yet there is no daemon listening on these ports. I verified this as well
with the output of netstat. You cann't telnet to either of these ports
either. Is this an nmap but? Version is V. 2.2-BETA4.
Anyone have any ideas?
