RE: [FW1] Checkpoint FW-1 and Windows 2000 VPN




Actually I was thinking more in terms of Windows 2000 actually acting as a
VPN server for workstations useing NAT.  Sorry I sould have been a bit more
specific..8)  But now that you mention it, is there a way to have these
workstations use NAT and still get away with useing SecureRemote??

sure, you have to get the beta of SecuRemote 4.1 for Windows 2000. you can
get it from  http://www.checkpoint.com/beta/

Has any one in CP land ever attempted to use the build in VPN stuff with
Windows 2000 to succesfully connect to Checkpoint FW-1 / VPN ??
