Re: [FW1] Impact on memory usage

Hi Lance,

That is the point "save kernel memory".

I'm using Fw-1 3.0b on NT with SP6

Before fast path enabled, we always have an error
message displayed in the NT event log. The message is:
"FW1: FW AllocatePacket : Failed to Alloc Memory
(c00001)"

Once the message is appeared in the log. It will never
stop and finally cause the machine hang-up and we need
reboot the machine regularly.

We have already increased the kernel memory to 16M.
But the problem is still occurred.

However, I enabled the fast path on Monday.
Afterwards, the machine seems to be working fine so
far.

Any comment whether enable fast path ?

Thanks,
